This 3×5” collage was created using hand-dyed and commercial papers, gel prints, hand-dyed scrim, hand-dyed silk stripping, and a bit of crocheted doily that I had also hand-dyed. It comes with a chunky black frame that is easily hung or displayed on a shelf.
I love a good red-orange-purpley combo of colors! These colors together remind me of that last gasp of vibrant color we see, especially in the forest, right before the inevitable foray into winter. What a show Mother Nature puts on for us before her long sleep!
